Wheels N Motion ships all of its products via FED EX ground. Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days unless otherwise notified. FEDEX does not ship to PO BOXES. You must provide us with a fiscal address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our side. If item is a small box it can be shipped with USPS ground service
Wheels N Motion will not ship to an address other than the billing address, Otherwise, if your billing and shipping address do not match, your order will be declined.
All of our wheels and tires are covered by the manufacturers standard warranties. Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. Wheels N Motion will assist our customers in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than the applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All our recommended packages* are built to fit your vehicle as is, with no modifications and with no problems. Bigger size wheels will come with lower profile tires therefor, the overall tire diameter remains the same as the original tires. In order to make sure our website recommendations are accurate, we double check all orders. If we sold you a package which didn't fit your vehicle we will send you a replacement package. If a replacement is not available Victoria Tire will issue call tags to return product back to us. Our fitment guarantee does not apply to modified or altered vehicles.
All cancelled orders are charged a 20% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as fitment issues. If the cancellation is our fault, you shall be refunded in full. There are no cancellations on special order items!
Returns and Refunds
All returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee of total amount fee plus shipping charges to and from Wheels N Motion if applicable. The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. If the return is for a wheels and tires package, the customer will also be assessed an $80 per set dismounting fee for all wheel sizes. If an error was on our part, such as fitment issues, you will be refunded in full. Wheels N Motion will not accept back any product that has been mounted, installed, used or altered in any way. The product must be in original packaging. Return and refund offer is good for 30 days after the product is received. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items. Packages must be packed properly and if packages returned to Wheels N Motion are damaged due to faulty packaging, credit will not be issued.
Requesting Authorization For a Return
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (909)622-1232 for a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be new. Every return is subject to inspection. If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of road hazards, such as a car accident, or curb scraping, Wheels N Motion is not obligated to grant a refund. If the return is deemed to be a fault on the part of the manufacturer or our own, we will refund you in full. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and will do everything to resolve any issues. Yet, we cannot grant refunds and accept returns for merchandise damaged due to events outside of our control. Credit will be granted less shipping charges. Wheels N Motion will refund shipping charges only if there was an error on our side.
Errors in Pricing
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wheels N Motion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Wheels N Motion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
COD and Debit Cards
If you owe COD, the remainder must be paid through cashier's check or money order. Your FEDEX deliverer will not accept cash, credit, or any other form of payment. If you used a debit card for your purchase, we will charge your credit card the daily limit, until the balance is fulfilled. If you know your credit card daily limit, please let us know the amount in the Remarks box.
